The new contents such as emails, contacts, calendar items, tasks, notes and others are not updated and not downloaded even though user manually select “update folder” in order to pull the new data.But user can login to OWA (Outlook Web Access) or to continue to access the missing email messages, appointments, contacts, tasks, journal entries, notes, posted items, and documents.
It updated when the account was setup and, cinse then, it didn't update again.
I check the appropriate inbox in the mail box list and try to activate the get mail button but nothing seens to work.
I will do some more experimentations and report back.

What should I do to have both accounts updated when I open the mail app, similar to the way it works in IOS application? Actualy, as unlikely as it could be, I have found that opening mail from the Applications folder does not cause thiis issue, but oppening it from the doc does it.
